The product itself is good and great for the craft project I'm working on. The customer service however needs improvement. I made the company aware that they put a second label on my item with another customer's name and address. This caused a delay in me receiving my item as it went to the other person's address first. The company accepted this was their fault, however, in later message tried to blame the courier. I requested a refund due to the delay and breach in GDPR but the company declined this. Although the product is good and the price reasonable, I would personally look to use another company in future.
